RUBADUB continues to push forward into the technology industry as we incorporate the IOTA Tangle into our next build-out. The project consists of multiple solar panel EV charging units that will be available as part of the Dub Hub Amenity Bay offering; creating a connected IoT ecosystem at your home and office. Solar charging will be available to tenants in addition to echo friendly cleaning, storage and parking options if required. This marks the beginning phase of our infrastructure build-out for autonomous fleets. Providing a network of EV chargers, cleaning and storing options for our customers with an echo friendly appeal. Our hand-wash detail at Rubadub is water-less and EV charging is solar. Every detail of this business is being carefully monitored in order to limit waste and expenses. Our key to success has always been in our attention to detail and respect for the environment we are working in.
The diagram and video below is taken from IOTA’s official website and will provide a more in depth understanding of IOTA and how the tangle will be utilized in Rubadub.
CONT’d
IOTA application. Allowing solar panels to source (Site A) Kilo-watts (kW), store them into the electrical grid (Site B), and then transfer them to another location (Site C). With the introduction to EV charged vehicles I anticipate the autonomous adoption will follow close behind, allowing for personal vehicles to taxi during off-hours, automatically schedule cleaning and charge then re-locate back to their storage location until either programatically routed or occupied by the owner. IOTA would allow for the kW generated at a home to be used at public EV charge locations. A simple ledger will handle the transfer of MIOTA (cryptocurrency) and bill the customer accordingly. Additionally, solar-panels can also create a surplus of MIOTA for the customer to transfer and generate revenue from or store as a reserve.
